Returns and Guarantee Policy

Our product line carries a full one year guarantee. Due to the nature of the natural products we sell, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

We will replace any product, free of charge, that is defective OR damaged as a result of shipping.

We never want you to feel like you got "stuck" or "taken" when buying our products.

Please bear in mind, in our efforts to provide the best slate possible, we have to try and find a happy medium for all customers. Some want thick, some want thin, some want lots of texture, others not so much. Just let us know your concerns, and we will be happy to work with you and get you product you can be proud to sell.

Please remember that our products are in their "natural" state, meaning that characteristics of each piece will vary greatly piece to piece, even among the same type of slate. That's what makes each piece unique and special for your customers. But in some instances, despite our best quality control procedures, these will fail somehow. In those cases, don't ever worry about getting stuck with unusable blank products.

Just contact us if this happens, and we will get you squared away quickly. Bear in mind, especially with slate, there will be great variations of chipped surfaces and edges. THESE ARE CONSIDERED NORMAL AND NOT SHIPPING DAMAGE OR DEFECTS.

Lastly, PLEASE REMEMBER THAT SLATE CAN HAVE SHARP EDGES AND CAN CUT YOU IF YOU AREN'T CAREFUL.
