Our product line carries a full one year guarantee.  We will replace any product, free of charge, that is defective or damaged as a result of shipping.  

As an additional guarantee, if the slate you receive from us doesn't meet your expectations, then we will also replace those for you FREE OF CHARGE as well.  We never want you to feel like you got "stuck" or "taken" when using our products.  

That's the 'DUO Principle', "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."

Please bear in mind, in our efforts to provide the best slate possible, we have to try and find a happy medium for all customers.  Let us know your concerns, and we will be happy to correct our error and get you product you can be proud to sell.

Please remember that our products are in their "natural" state, meaning that characteristics of each piece will vary greatly piece to piece, even among the same type of slate.  That's what makes each piece unique and special for your customers.  But in some instances, despite our best quality control procedures, these will fail somehow.  In those cases, don't ever worry about getting stuck with unusable blank products.  

Just contact usif it happens, and we will get you squared away quickly.  Bear in mind, especially with slate, there will be great variations of chipped surfaces and edges.  THESE ARE CONSIDERED NORMAL AND NOT SHIPPING DAMAGE OR DEFECTS.
