This is a set of 24 pieces per box of 2" round slate refrigerator magnet blanks (thickness may vary piece to piece), black in color, hand cut, roughly 1/8" +/- thick. These only come with a smooth edge, NOT a cleft edge.
NOTE: MAGNET BACKS (shown in the pictures above) are not included. Magnet backs can be purchased separately under the Accessories tab > Magnet Material > 2" Magnet material.
These rounds are crafted from Premium Grade black slate from the USA and have a straight edge (NOT CHIPPED EDGE). This slate is considered by many in the roofing industry as being the best American slate available. They are unfinished and considered in their "raw" condition and are ready to be engraved with your laser or printed directly with your UV printer. You have the option of getting these with a lacquer finish as well, which makes these darker and makes the engraving have better contrast.
THIS IS A NATURAL PRODUCT AND ONE SHOULD EXPECT GREAT VARIATIONS PIECE TO PIECE. Please note that these will have many differences in thicknesses, textures and appearances in natural slate stone. No two stones will be alike. The typical thickness ranges between 1/8" - 3/16". Thicker rounds are available upon request, just contact us.
